Diagnosis-
AtypicalAtypical pneumonia
Comment
The specimen contains adipose tissue with probable
atypicalAtypical pneumonia lipocytes and cells occuring in tight clusters with cleared chromatin and nucleoli. Some of these cells are intersperesed within the adipose tissue and others in separate group. The differential could include a benign lesion of adipose or neural origin but is not diagonistic , the possiblity of malignancy is not excluded. Biopsy is suggested if clinically warranted."
I am going for a surgery in June.Doctor said he would give me mild sedative. IS it safe in pregnancy. I would like to have a second opnion of what it could be. what does atypical lipocytes mean. What cancer is it linked to.
