dented in nipple

my lef nipple dents in sometimes and my breast is very itchy at times. what should i do?

You have now posted more detail.  If you are 16, it most unlikely you have breast cancer.  However it is important that you still go to your doctor to get checked out.  Obviously what you described is not normal for you, so you need to find out what the problem is.  It may just be a skin problem, an infection or other.

You could be having some skin infection or secondary breast changes. it could also be due to tight clothing.

Wear lose clothing, keep the area clean and try warm compresses.

If he symptoms still persist consult your doctor.
