do i have brest cancer?

well i kind of have two questions, first ive been having blood appear in my stools every now and then and i heard that it could be a sign of breast cancer. also my breast have been really sore lately and i have three thin inch long looks like bruises on my left breast thats been there for about 2 months. i do feel "lumps" in my breasts like hard...lumps guess thats not to descriptive sorry, but i dont know if there the kind of lumps your supposed to have, if your supposed to have any. well thats my dilemma thanks for listening.

Dear Sway, Blood in the stool is not a symptom of breast cancer.  Many women have what could be described as lumpy breasts.  Is this new? Does it change at different times of the month?  These are some of the questions that would be part of an evaluation by a health care professional.  Painful lumps in the breast tend to be from benign (non-cancerous) causes.  

I would recommend that you have a complete physical examination by a health care professional. Without reviewing a complete health history and physical exam it is only a shot in the dark to speculate what could be causing your symptoms.
