drain tube removal
I'm have a drain tube removed tomorrow and kind of nervous. I had a staph infection left over from a hematoma following my lumpectomy in Sept of 08. I just got out of the hospital from the infection last Thursday. Anyway tomorrow the doctor is going to take out the drain. Do they numb you for this?
I had 4 Jackson Pratt tubes to be removed, It was fast and very little discomfort. I wish you the Best!
When my drainage tube was removed there was no pain whatsoever.
A friend had suggested taking tylenol but, I had decided not to go with it. It was fine.
