drug interactions

I have a recurrence of breast cancer after 16 years.  I have the same cell, my tumor marker is 87 (down from over 200, but now on Ameridex).  The cells are estrogen-receptive.

I have fluid in my pleura and in my stomach.  My heart function is good.  The pleural effusion as addressed in the hospital and they took out 700 cc first, then another 500 later by tube.  I have a hematoma where the tube went in.  It took them 4 times to get it positioned correctly. They put in an antibiotic at the time.

There is still fluid in my stomach which hurts my ribs since it's swollen. I also have asthsma. My symptoms are general weakness, shortness of breath, numbness in areas of my torso, and from my shoulders to my wrists on both sides.

I'm on Ameridex 1 mg 1x/day
       Prevacid 30 mg capsules 1x/day
       Amiloride HCL/HCTZ 5/50 tab 1x/day
       Roxicet 5/325 tablet as needed
       Propoxy-N/APAP 100-650 tab every 8 hours

Dear Kate:  It is difficult to answer your question completely without knowing more about your situation.  Where did your breast cancer reoccur?  I am guessing in the lungs because of the pleural effusion but is your liver involved?  I am wondering about the source of the fluid in your stomach.  Have they ever tapped your stomach to remove fluid?  If this fluid is ascites, it may not go away, even with a water pill (diuretic).  Also, when ascites is removed, it will usually come back
