elevated alkaline phosphate femara

I was on tamoxifen for 5 years and have been taking femara for 1-1/2 years.  I have been diagnosed by two different rheumatologists wsith fibromyalgia (the pain coincided with the tamoxifen and has worsened over the years).

My alkaline phosphatate levels have steadily risen since they were first tested last spring and now are at 150 (within range is 40-120).  About two months ago I began to have salty saliva constantly although it is not as strong when I wake in the morning.
Could the tamoxifen or femara be causing either the fibro, the high AP levels or the salty taste in my mouth?

My family doctor is stumped, and my oncologist difficult to see other than at my regular 6 months intervals.

Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

Dear shaqnmag:  Both arthralgias (joint pain) and myalgias (muscle pain) have been reported with femara at 21% and 6.7% incidence respectively.  Neither the elevation in alkaline phosphatase or salty taste have been reported.  You might consider calling your oncologist if you are concerned to discuss these issues.

My alkaline phospate has steadily risen while on Femara as well.  The last reading was 106 while it was always around 79 prior to taking Femara.  I found your post interesting and wonder if others have noticed the same thing.
