enlarged lymphnode and ovarian cysts

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 7 years ago (age 32), had right mastectomy, no other treatment. Lump was only .5 cm with negative nodes. Started having left hip pain over a year ago, MRI showed 2 cysts on left ovary . Have been following cysts for over 1 year, there has been as many has 4 cysts and as few as 2. Genetic testing was negative for BRCA 1 and 2. Recently found an enlarged lymphnode on right side of neck. I've had a rash all over the right side of my neck since the weather has gotten drier. Do I need to worry about this enlarged lymphnode? Left hip pain persists, do you think that my hip pain could be a result of these cysts? I have people tell me no and others think that I could have endometriosis and this could be causing the pain.

Dear melanieo, It is best to have these new symptoms, particularly the enlarged lymphnode, evaluated. There could be many reasons for these symptoms but without further evaluation or information it is impossible to say what is the cause.
