Hi there.

ER and PR are hormone receptors that are tested on the breast cancer cells.  The presence of which would indicate that the tumor is hormone responsive, and that you can achieve additional benefit from hormonal therapy (like tamoxifen or arimidex).  The negative status of your tumor means that you cannot be given these form of medications.  Her2Neu is a marker of tumor aggressiveness, and your negative status is good news.

There are chemotherapy regimens that some say are best suited for triple negative cancers (ER,PR and Her2 negative) and this would include combinations of drugs such Adriamycin, Cytoxan, and Taxol.

Regards.
