faslodex and belly fluid

I was diagnosed with breast cancer stomach metastisis and there is no tumor to surgery.I am under Faslodex that is a hormone treatment and since I started I had the reaction as fluis in my belly .Is that reaction espected?I didn't have this fluid before the treatment and now after the treatment (injection) it starts.I received a very strong  initial dose .I got 1250 mg inside 30 days when normally is 250 each 30 days but my doctor made a treatment very strong at the begin.I would like to know if it is normal.
Thanks
