I understand your concern. It seems that your breasts are really reactive to changes in your hormone levels that coincide with your menstrual cycle. The good news is, these changes, fibrocystic changes, are benign. Regarding your vitamin use, as long as you take the right daily dose, there is little danger of you going in to overdosage. I'm not sure with the primrose oil, but for vitamin E, it is reasonable to stay at 400IU and below per day. Also, these vitamin supplements and reduction in caffeine may not help much in addressing the breast changes that you are experiencing. It is better to have regular consults with your doctors, examine your breasts as often as you can, and report to your doctor any changes that you might notice.
