fibrodonema

Hi,
I am 25, I had a ultrasound for lumps in my breast, a big one in the left and a small one on the right. the diagnosis fibrodonema. the doc asked me not to remove and not to worry. My concern is I cannot run or jump because of this as it hurts when I do that. i feel uncomfortable to exercise because of the pain in the lump. Also it pains during periods. Pls help. I want to exercise..

I would suggest a very supportive sports bra which helps with the discomfort when you exercise. At time when your breasts are particularly painful you could take some over the counter pain medication that you would use for aches or pain anywhere else in the body. As a rule these benign tumors are not removed unless they become very large or bothersome. Even if they are removed others may well develop. Regards ...
