Do you mean to ask about fibroglandular/ fibrocystic disease of the breasts?

Could you please elaborate on the symptoms of the patient and any reports or investigations that you would know about.

This is a benign non-cancerous breast lesion which presents as lumpiness and associated pain especially during hormonal changes as during the menstrual cycle. These are managed with regular breast self examinations and periodic clinical breast examinations by your physician and 6 monthly or yearly mammograms and ultrasound.

They are removed surgically only if they are very large and causing pain and other pressure symptoms. They are known to spontaneously regress with menopause.
