fluid filled cyst

I have fibrocystic breasts and found an abnormal feeling lump during BSE in my right breast March, 2001.  I had bilateral mammograms done which showed nothing of concern and an ultrasound that showed the lump to be fluid filled.  My Dr. did not drain the cyst and in mid July the cyst suddenly went away but now my breast is very sore and I have two small red freckles on the outer aspect surface that seem kind of flaky and have yet to go away.  Is there a cause for concern here with the cyst disappearing and the freckles appearing?  Does the fluid from the cyst cause a risk when being re-absorbed into the body?  What do the freckles signify and if I just had these screening tests that showed no cancer am I being paranoid of these new symptoms?
