If my sister who has BC comes back negative for Bracca 1 and 2 does that mean I  will come back negative as well?  My mother also had BC!

No, it doesn't mean that at all. And if she comes back positive, it also doesn't mean you are positive for a BRCA genetic mutation. But either way it means that you already have a very high increased risk for breast cancer and should seek advice from a genetic counselor who can explain your risks to you and explain BRCA mutations too. The best advice will come from a BRCA savvy counselor whether or not you have the mutation.
