global surgery time

I had stereotactic biopsy done on 10/16/09 which turned out to be benign. They have me scheduled in 2 months for a follow up mammogram. Is there a madatory time frome after the biopsy in which insurance will pay for another mammogram?

Insurance coverage varies from plan to plan. It would be wise to contact your insurance provider, so that you will know exactly what YOUR coverage is, whether the follow-up mammo could be preauthorized by your physician's office if it would not be routinely covered, and so forth.
