hard lump at breast crease with bruising

Should I be concerned as last week I noticed pain in my right breast crease and found a bruise and lump there; also this week bruising has turned yellow/blue but lump still there?

This is most likely a bruise and the lump is the resulting hematoma. Hematomas can take considerable time to go away. If you are terribly concerned you might ck. with your Dr. just to be sure. Regards ....
