I am a wreck over this...........haveing a mastectomy and pedicle tram on Tuesday. I am a one year survivor, but do to medical malpractice by a plastic surgeon, I am in this mess. What can I expect postop

Dear kean640:  There is no way that we can speculate on your postoperative course over the internet.  You should talk with your plastic surgeon, who knows your situation and the technique that will be used as well as how his other patients recover.  You will likely get a more accurate sense of expectations from your surgeon.
