heart and surgery for cancer

had excisional biopsy dec and lumpdectomy feb had ischemia after surgery spent 1 night in cardio ward all was good even my echo. need another surgery for 1 node and more tissue removal . doc wants ok from cardio doc so put off surgery again ,had stresstest
nuclear type and passed 1part not another part put off surgery again for a cta angiography tomarrow if i pass ok is in order and surgery mon if not who knows .surgeon claims all the cancer is removed  how can it be with node a more margin and how long can i wait . cancer will go into another stage and treatment will be put on hold. am i to worry or do i have all this time .?
