My Breast ultrasound shows dilated ducts on each breast. The left breast shows minimal debris in the retroaeriolar duct. What does this mean?
I have three prominent lymph nodes measuring 2.3, 3 & 3.6 cm but all are morphologically normal in appearance.
OB/Gyn not concerned because of normal appearance but I amm still concerned because they are enlarged.
Also concerned about the dilated duct (lft) with debris.
Can anyone tell me what this means?

Dear chriscws: Dilated ducts can be associated with several things, including infection. This is not generally associated with cancer. The lymph nodes and duct abnormalities would need to be considered in the context of the total picture. If you are concerned, you might consider an opinion with a medical breast specialist. These are often affiliated with large academic medical centers.
