I read that her2+++, er-/pr- tumors with positive nodes had a bad outcome, is this true?  Is recurrence only a matter of time?  Thanks.

Dear sltennis, Her2neu positive, and positive lymph nodes are less favorable prognostic factors.  This information is taken into account when recommendations for adjuvant treatment are made.  Recurrence after therapy is not "only a matter of time", recurrence would depend on whether or not the adjuvant therapy did it's job (to try to prevent or minimize the growth of microscopic deposits of tumor cells that might grow into a recurrent tumor).
