You need to go to your doctor and get a clinical evaluation done and relevent investigations to rule out a cardiac or pulmonary cause of the pain.
Do you remember any history of trauma or injury to the site?
Do you notice any breast lump, skin changes or nipple discharge on breast self examination?
Nothing can be said with surety without a clinical examination and this could be a nerve pull, sprain , lymph node infection, etc also.
Let us know what your doctor advies and also aout how you are doing.
Take some pain releif medications till then.
Keep us posted.
Regards.
