hysterectomy , bladder pierced , still catherrised after 5weeks

had a hysterctomy 4 wks ago they damaged my bladder so reoperated on in the same week same scar, ended up in hos 2half weeks, then had check up again and they said bladder still not healed, so still wearing catheter had it for 5weeks now, leg bag, realy horrible!                                                                                                                                                                                           when i go back again to get catheter removed and its still not healed ,is it clinical negligence and they said they repaired it and ive been through a lot ! should i go down the road of sueing if not better
