i have a pimple on near my nipple

I'am a 21 year old female. Yesterday i noticed a red pimple near my nipple on my right breast..
i took an appointment with a dermatologist and I'm conserned about the reason this pimple appeared.
Does this mean it's a lump that might develop into a tumer or it's just like any other zit that appears beacuse of fatty food?!
This insident has occured before and this time it really hurts, so please if anyone could give me an answer to my consern i would appriciate it.

Pimples on the breast/areola can occur just like on skin anywhere else.
I wouldn't worry bout it too much though, because the chances that this is cancer are negligible....but you should not pick at the pimple as this might cause the infection to worsen.
In the mean time,you should keep the area clean and wash with an antibacterial soap until you see the Dermatologist for a clinical evaluation.Also do a breast self exam and report any abnormal features that you might notice - a breast lump, skin changes or nipple discharge etc.
