ideopathic granulomatous mastitis returns after double mastectomy

My reconstruction was trans lateral abdominal flaps and the granulomatous mastitis has returned.  I am wondering if there is a risk that it has spread to the abdominal muscles that now reside where my breasts used to be.  There is a mass that has been growing since the mastectomy with skin pinkish and showing peau d' orange texture.  The pink has spread beyond the hard mass and peau d' orange is spreading as well.  Is this just inflammation of the skin?  Or is my whole body now being exposed to this inflammatory process?
