ill-defined, complex, hypoechoic lesion

48 yr old female.  US report states "Two areas of concern seen on US include an intraductal lesion in rt breast, adjacent to dilated duct, lateral to the nipple and may be in keeping with a papilloma.  The 2nd lesion has an ill-defined hypoechoic appearance and is indeterminate." Had biopsy and awaiting results.  First question - Can papilloma in certain cases mimic some form of cancer? 2nd question - does this lesion tend towards being benign or malignant.  No family history of BC. Thanks for your help!
