im 24 and have had 4 lumps one removed

Im 24 and have had a lump removed when i was 21 it was the size of a large grape and very painful,its grew over 2months and wasnt slowing down on growing had 3 biopsys and on it it gladly came back benign fibroadenoma.
I wasnt happy bout the scar it left but the pain and worry was gone untill a few months ago i felt another one on my rite side when the one i had removed was on the left,i went to the docters and i went for a scan and seemed to be i had 3 all up one on my left and 2 on my rite,i have thought about getting them removed because my breasts are very,very sore all the time it hurts to touch them i cant sleep coz of the pain im in. Im just thinking of getting them cut off so no more grow back,i have DD bra size and would love to get rid of the lumps and pain and cut them off and get small implants in its place i know it is not somthing to think lightly about but i want the pain gone.please help me what should i do ?????

You are correct in saying that is isn't a minor decision. I would suggest that you consult at least two Plastic Surgeons regarding the reconstruction AFTER you think long and hard about this and even see a Breast Specialist as well. I do see your point but this would involve  2 surgical procedures and no surgery is without risks. It's going to be your decision but I think seeing a couple Sugeons might help in making it.  Take care ..

thanx for comment,I have been thinking bout it for a while i know a women that had 6 removed and had blood clots from all the scaring and had to have both breasts removed im just worried i will hav dints and red scars all over my breasts like i had with only one out.I spose i will wait and see what my surgon thinks about the lumps after my next ultrasound and see if they have gotton bigger thnx once again for ur thought =)
