im i too young for breast cancer?

I am 18 years old, a cupple of days ago I had a breathing problem this happened to days in a row, on the second day my mum tok me to the doctor becuase i breasts were hurting me so much during that time. The doctor examined my breasts and I had a sonagrame (ultrasound) the doctore found a 8mm-9mm cysts on my right breast and a 5mm one on my left breast. She said it was nothing to worry about, but the problem is they hurt so much and i can move my right arm for so long and my left leg. I have had these pains befor but they only came and stayed for a short time. I have found that when im tired or angery they get worse. I have even had my period when i was only 9 years old so did my mother. what does this mean? what should I do?

Even though the pain tends to be more severe in a cyclic manner the breasts may well be tender or painful at any time when these cysts are present. I still think you are worrying too much about this and bringing on some of the other problems you mentioned (breathing difficulty) due to stressing about the breast pain. You might ask your Dr. for some type of medication that would help you in this regard.

First of all I think you should calm down .... I think you may be bringing on some of the pain you describe yourself; like you mentioned that it increases when you are tired or angry. Cysts are fluid filled sacs that are often related to the hormone levels in your body .... that's why your breasts hurt more during one time of the month than at other times. I can assure you that the pain in your leg has absolutely nothing to do with your breast. what you should do is follow whatever recommendation your Dr. has made as there are some things you can do to help with the pain. Wearing a good supportive sport type bra, reducing your intake of caffeine, some advise Vitamin E and you can always take an over the counter pain medication when the pain is particularly severe. Fibrocystic Breast Condition is quite common among women of any age. Regards ...
