in pain and scared

i have had a bilateral mastectomy and still have a left side axillery tumor on top of that i have lymphadema i have a compression sleave and a compression glove and am taking morphine  but the swelling and extreme pain in my hand continues on and is getting worse. i have seen my doctor and a pain management specialist for this, and they tell me theres nothing more that they can do . are they right or is there something else i can do for some help and relief.

Physical Therapy?  I went to an outpatient physical therapist for my lymphadema...did massage (there are a few GOOD books on this procedure, some really BAD books on lymphadema) and special compression for 2 weeks.  Helped quite a bit.

After 2 years, my lymphadema has stabilized, no recent changes.  Able to go without my sleeve, even to weight training sessions.  I watch for changes closely.
