inflamation and discharge

I have had a pain in my left wrist for a few weeks,and then noticed a swelling in my arm pit.My practioner examined and prescribed anti inflamatories Ibrufen. today I noticed an oily yellow dischage on squeezing the nipple. Should I be concerned???On examination there is no lumps in my breast.

First of all you shouldn't be squeezing the nipple. This sends a signal to the brain and some discharge will be produced. I don't see any relation between the problem with your wrist and anything concerning your breast. Lymph nodes do become enlarged when there is any type of infection anywhere in the body and this could even be an infected hair folicle. When there is breast discharge WITHOUT stimulation it can be of some concern but NOT usually. The wrist and the breast really have no connection.      Regards ....
