Agree with zouzi. The only real challenge inverted nipples cause is that it may be difficult, if not almost impossible, to breastfeed. That was the case with me. Katrin

Most cases of inverted nipples are congenital - some people are just born that way and this condition does NOT indicate in any way that you have or could have breast cancer in the future.
Your doctor could give you good information and suggestions regarding your nipples inversion.
