is the a chance i may have breast cancer??

For over a month and half i noticed a spot on my left breast at first it looked like an infected pimple (not to large ) i usually do not break out and have never had a serious case of acne on my face or body , i popped what i thought was a pimple but it never went away with time i faded out and now is a circled red spot ive been having severe pain on the side of my breast it feels like a stabbing pain.. and if a push down on my breast it hurts is there a chance i might have breast cancer?

Dear santos13, This is not necessarily a typical sign of breast cancer, however it is something that should be evaluated - as it is causing you discomfort, not healing.  You may want to have this checked by your doctor.
