is this sign of cancer??

hi,iam 18 weeks pregnant,and since my 14 weeks i began to feel this sharp pain in my left breast and the lymph nodes under my armpit,upper hand,neck and collar area,behind shoulder,the bone parallel to the breast under the arm,back in the kidney area and ovarian,the up inner side of my left leg,under and between my left breast. iam soo concerned because the pain is so sharp although it comes and go.i have a parental vist this week and am thinking to tell my DR. about it.but am afraid to death from the possibality of breast cancer.my grand ma have colon cancer and we have no history of breast cancer or other types of cacer in our family,plz help me ,IS IT BREAST CANCER? I know that the late stages of cancer include pain,is it what am having??

I don't see any connection between breast cancer and the symptoms you have described. I want you to definitely tell your Dr. about this though. It could be any number of things and especially if you are pregnant you should tell you Dr. ANY problems that you experience. Breast cancer is rarely associated with pain ... colon cancer in a relative would not increase your risk of breast cancer. Pregnancy brings about many changes in your body ... this could be just some result of your pregnancy. Stop worrying now and tell your Dr. when you see him this week.   Kindest regards ...
