itchy and split

its more my nipple but it recently became itcy i left it for 2 days the it spit open and where it split there is a white something... its hard... and it is definitly soar now. and the breast has also had sharp pains... I know i should go to the doctor, but will he know where to send me? especially if i want a female doctor? (i cant show my lady bits to a male doctor its to uncomfortable)

please help?

Simply request a female specialist. Sometimes I get an argument about why but I just tell them, I have to have a female physician. If your doctor or insurance company insists on knowing why, tell tell what you are comfortable saying.  I just told the clinic that it was a faith issue and they immediately found me a female doctor.
I know you are young but if you are concerned about your breast, don't put off seeing a doctor.  God Bless.
