itchy nipple

i recently noticed on my left nipple like dead skin or something It looked very dry and was extremly itchy. When I scratch it I could see the skin flaking off. There would be cuts around my nipple,it looked like it would peel off at times and it would bleed sometime.. and after peeling it off i'd have like this sticky kind of liquid or something come out it looked like water but it was sticky... can someone tell me what this may be? and what caused it?

Hi there!

You may have some kind of infection or skin disorder. I would see your OB/Gyne and see if you may need to go to a dermatologist as well. Get this taken care of so you are healthy!
