Dear asma73: Without evaluation, it is impossible to speculate on what may be happening in your situation. You should bring this to the attention of your doctor who can hopefully explain the lumps, evaluate the “leak,” and make further recommendations regarding additional testing, if appropritate.
It is impossible to amke a diagnosis via the internet. If you have seen your Physician I'm sure he/she may have recommended some additional testing regarding the lumps you describe. These lumps may very well be of a Fibrocystic nature since they are painful. These lumps may increase or decrease along with the tenderness in relation to your menstrual cycle. I would think either a Mammogram or Ultrasound might help determine just what these lumps are and if any further testing is necessary. If I were you I would contact my Physician for further advice regarding your problem. Regards..
