left breast pain underarem lump off and on for 2-3 years

do i need biopsy or not?  if so, what kind? ob/gyn, primary internist/doc, and radiologist do not seem to know what they're doing...maybe?or they're just jerking me around in order to get more insurance money and/or use me as guinea pig in unethical twin research studies. a little unclear as of yet. When I ask questions and report symptoms they tell me that it's "normal"  to have breast pain and that pain is a good sign because breast cancer is usually "pain less". yeAH, RIGHT! ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU'RE DEAD FROM IT, RIGHT?BECAUSE YOU WAITED TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT TOO LATE. THEN THEY SAY 'YOU NEED TO GET A MAMMOGRAM" AND, WHEN THE RESULTS COME BACK QUESTIONABLE, 'PROBABLY BENIGN'. THANKS A LOT , GUYS, FOR NOTHING. OR, "LAY OFF THE CAFFEINE AND THE SUGAR, AND YOU SHOULD PROBABLY BE ALL RIGHT/FINE" THAT WAS THE HARVARD CARDIOLOGIST WHO LET HIS COLLEAGUES/ASSOCIATES MESS UP MY CARDIAC CATH PROCEDURE BECAUSE HE COULDN'T BE THERE.  SO MUCH FOR HARVARD, COLUMBIA, AND BAYLOR PHYSICIANS. I CAN'T GET A NAME OF AN ONCOLOGIST IN HOUSTON, ONLY SURGEONS WHO ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SCHEDULE A BIOPSY AND/OR A MASTECTOMY ON THE SAME DAY, "AFTER LOOKING AT MY "FILMS" WHAT IS THIS? LET'S MAKE A DEAL?.  LEFT BREAST IS LARGER THAN RIGHT CAUSING THEM TO INSIST THAT I REPEAT THE BASELINE MAMMOGRAM, 4-5 YEARS AGO. IT WAS NORMAL, BY THE WAY. DUH..BUT, NOW THAT I HAVE REAL PROBLEMS, LUMPS AND PAIN AND DIMPLING, THEY'RE TELLING ME NOT TO WORRY, BUT...HERE'S YOUR REPORT, TAKE IT AND LEAVE, "PUT IT IN YOUR FILE", i'LL CALL YOU BACK. SOME OF US WANT TO LIVE, PREFERABLY ANOTHER 45 YEARS OR SO, TO SEE OUR GRANDCHILDREN. AND, THIS IS NOT nAZI gERMANY, BY THE WAY, OR COMMUNIST RUSSIA, EITHER.. SO, Y'ALL STOP IT. THE FIRST THING THAT THEY DO IS BADMOUTH THE PREVIOUS PHYSICIANS AND/OR MIDWIVES. GO FIGURE. ANY IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS?BESIDES ANOTHER INCONCLUSIVE MAMMOGRAM? THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD DO THIS TO ME AND MY CHILDREN, AND THAT IF I TOLD ANYONE THEY WOULD DENY IT AND THEN DESTROY ME AND MY ENTIRE FAMILY. THERE ARE SOME, IF NOT ALL, NURSES INVOLVED IN THIS SITUATION AS THEY CALL IT,  AS WELL. SOMETHING ABOUT A VENDETTA AND DEATH SQUADS AND An inheritance...? anyone? anyone?

I'm sorry but I can't distinguish between what you have had done and what the reports revealed and what you are talking about in the last part of your post about the Dr.s and Nurses destroying you and your family.  If you would like to post exactly what tests you have had done and what the reports stated I would be more than happy to read and give you an opinion from my point of view. Breast lumps and pain are most frequently due to the hormone levels in the body which makes both come and go just as the monthly variation in hormone levels. The reduction of the intake of caffeine is often recommended to help in the reduction of these symptoms. If nothing is evident on Mammogram or Ultrasound (other than a cystic condition) then there isn't anything to biopsy.  Regards .....
