loosing hair

Hi,
started loosing my hair, tough on me.When is it going to start growing back?I have 3 AC more then 12 taxol +herecptin.Any help plz!

Hi amrine,

You've got a ways to go until you get hair growing. Adriamyacin is quick to take the hair away. I finished my chemo last July, did rads for Aug & Sept and had about 3/4 inch of hair for sons wedding in Oct. 2008. Interesting look to be sure!

I never wore a wig or a hat when I lost my hair. It was so much cooler (live in Florida) to go through the summer months bald to be honest. And I was told I had a nice head for bald :)

Best wishes as you go through your chemo. Remember, drink LOTS and LOTS of water!

Its very hot  here in Pakistan also but my youngest son who is 14 wants me to cover my head so i respect his wishes.
I don't know how my head is,execpt that it looks like an egg!:)
