lump and rash

I have a lump in my reight breast and has been getting bigger slowly over the last 2-3 months. It is sometimes painful. When I feel it, it is more painful. I now have a rash around my breasts and I know it's not an allergic reaction. The only spot that itches is where the lump is. My breast has increased is size over the last 2 weeks. I'm not sure if I should get it checked or not cause I don't have any family history of any type of cancer and I am only 29 years old. I really need some good advice.
