I found a lumpLumps in the breasts under my left arm very close to the breast, I put it down to nothing but over the past week I have noticed it has got bigger and I am unsure off what it could be, it is not painfulPainful menstrual periods as such but i know it's there now as when i have my arm by my side i can feel it.
i also have numbness, pins and needles and tingling in the left arm to the point my veins are raising all down the arm, this lump started small now it's the size off a grape, i also have a tightness in the arm like i'm having my blood presure taken.
The lump that you feel is most probably an axillary lymph node. These are known to enlarge secondary to shaving, waxing, using a new deodorant, due to infection or inflammation, etc.
What is your age? Have you noticed any abnormal features on breast self examination like a breast lump, nipple discharge or skin changes?
Use some warm compresses and do not shave, wax or use a deodorant for a few days - the lump should resolve on its own.
If it still persists, you would need to see your doctor for a clinical evaluation.

What is your age?
Have you tried some warm compresses and pain relief medications? Has it helped with your symptoms?
You would also need to rule out a bad posture, cervical spondylitis, etc.
Has a mamogram (mammogram) and ultrasound been done?
It would be advisable to see your doctor for a clinical evaluation.
Let us know about how you are doing and what your doctor advises.
