lump in nipple

I'm 14 and have recently noticed a small lump right of my nipple. Should I go to a doctor?

Can you talk to your parents? Do you worry about the lump because of a family member having problems? Please tell someone you trust that can lead you to a doctor so you can get answers. Think positive, get is checked and remember some breasts are lumpy naturally.

Hi there,
Well,I think that the first thing you should do, is talk to your mom about it.
This little lump could be due to hormonal changes because you are going through puberty and really nothing to do with breast cancer.
This lump should resolve in a week or two,but if it persists or you see it enlarging ,becoming red or painful,I think it would be better to tell your mom or someone close to you to make an appointment to see your doctor and have this lump checked out.
Take care ...
