lump in under nipple. nipple enlarged

i have a lump under my right nipple, i smoke marijuana almost everyday and my doctor said the lump could be cuased by the drug use..im realy scared and dont know if  i have cancer...what should i do?

I am almost certain it's not cancer, because you are just too young to have cancer. I also think what you are trying to find out is what this lump may be, and at this point it matters very little what caused it, but the fact that it is there.

like, most lung cancer is caused by smoking but non smokers get lung cancer as well. When a smoker gets lung cancer, the doctor will make a diagnosis of lung cancer and not tell the patient that his/her diagnosis is that she/he smoked cigarettes.

I suggest next time, or if you will see someone else or even the same doctor about your lump, you do not start by announcing that you'r smoking pot all day long, so that the physician can focus on your symptoms without other distractions.
