lump uder nipple

Hi!  My right breast has been very ichy for the last couple of weeks and the day it first starting itching I looked down at my breast and I had a strange rash extending from the nipple to the outter breast towards my chest.  It was red spotted dotts. The itching just wont stop and I started to feel around my breast and I noticed a lump (it was hard and I would say somewhat round) underneath the nipple and I didnt feel one in my left breast.  I really dont think that this is normal and I am scared I am only 20 years old and I dont want something to be wrong!  Does anyone know what this could be and could is possiably be breast cancer?!

The lump you felt and the rash & itching may not be related. The skin on the breast is the same as skin on any other part of your body and is subject to the same problems. I think you would be wise to see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam and any tests that might be appropriate. I'm sure he/she could prescribe something for the rash and itching.  In the meantime try not to scratch the area as this would only irritate it more.     Regards ....
