The lumpLumps in the breasts you felt and the rash & itching may not be related. The skin on the breast is the same as skin on any other part of your body and is subject to the same problems. I think you would be wise to see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam and any tests that might be appropriate. I'm sure he/she could prescribe something for the rash and itching. In the meantime try not to scratch the area as this would only irritate it more. Regards ....
