lumps in armpits

I am male ,45 . It is about 4 months or more that I felt some pain somewhere around my right nipple and later on found lumps in both my armpits. The lump in my right armpit is larger . I clearly feel the lump but it is not painful. there is also no change in the size of the lumps. Since last week I am also feeling a kind of throat-ache but there is no sign of fever , weakness, anything! is this a symptom to any disease ?

Dear majid, Swollen lymph nodes could be a symptom of a variety of problems.  The possibility of infection the first thing that comes to mind.  You would be best advised to see a general medical doctor who could evaluate your symptoms based on history and physical examination.
