lumps

im 15 years old and since im about 10 I've had  lumps in both of my breast. there not small lumps there actually quite big and together they form a bigger lump. They tend to get bigger before my period and sometimes come with pain. Im scared to talk to my mom or anyonne about this. Also  I think that the lumps are now bigger than a few years ago,do you think this might be breast cancer?
im scared of just the taught of this, please anwser.

You can stop worrying about Breast Cancer. These lumps are due to the changes in hormones in your body and this is why they change around the time of your period. Many young women in your age group have these lumps and like you most are afraid to talk to anyone about them. Please talk to your Mother about this; it's nothing to be embarrassed about and now would be a good time to see your Dr. for an examination and explanation about these lumps ... by the way they are cysts; sacs that are filled with fluid and can change size and shape often and do cause discomfort at times.
