lumps

Hi thats for your earlier response. I have now seen the specialist who had a feel of the lumps on my chest and said it was nothing to worry about as it was a lipoma. I know it sounds funny but i'm confused as the radiologist said it wasnt a lipoma. Can a lump be a lipoma without 'circumcribed margins'?
The specialist said that a lump which is sitting between my chest wall mucsles and skin cannot be a cancer..is this true?
i'm more confused now.

Also, i found another lump which feels just like the one on my chest in my neck, just a few inches left of the adams apple.

Is it worth getting this checked out also? Its only about a quarter of an inch and pretty small - barely noticable.

Can breast cancer spread away from just my breasts?
