lumps

im 12 nearly 13 and on my right nipple i have little lumps around it but i dont have it on my left is this breast cancer im really confused and i need to no as soon as possible help please!.

Hi there.

What you are describing sounds normal.  Do the little lumps come up when you are touching your nipple or when it's cold, or are they there all the time?  Nipples and the areola (the colored skin around the nipple) are sensitive to touch and cold and little bumps will rise.  If your breasts are just beginning to develop, then perhaps one is lagging a bit behind the other.
