male nipple pain

not sure of the topic.  MY nipples are tender to the touch and have been so for about a month.  Medical history includes prostate cancer, removed at the Cleveland Clinic.  Psa's have all been normal.  Had Hodgkins in 1984.  My age in 70.  Any ideas?  Thanks for your help
