mamm follow up

My sister had a mamm and a follow up mamm and ultra for something showing on her right breast. she was told she has one or two architectural arches on the right and that is what showed up but she also has a swollen lymph node on her left breast and calcium deposits.
I am very thankful but still conderned. Could any of these 3 things become cancerous?

Dear triple:  I am uncertain what you mean by swollen lymph node.  Hopefully, the radiologist has indicated the level of concern and appropriate follow up.  Calcium deposits that are random throughout the breast are normal.  If calcium deposits appear in clusters, it could indicate a problem and would merit further investigation.
