Palpable lump

Mammo: There is focal asymmetric density within the lower inner right breast which appears somewhat more prominent compared to prior examination. Adjacent benign focal calcification and few indeterminate microcalcification.

US: There is a 2.5 x 1.5 x 1.4-cm heterogeneous predominantly solid lesion with somewhat lobular margins located at 3 o'clock

Impression:  heterogeneous solid lesion at 3 o'clock with associated indeterminate microcalcification

Bi-RADS :4 - Suspicious

Dear lynitra:  We are not sure what your question is.  These reports indicate an abnormal area for which further evaluation (a biopsy likely) is needed.  We cannot speculate on the probability of this being benign or malignant.
