mammography or ultrasound

what is the best and sure technic to chek mi breast?i

They will want to do a mammogram first...and a mammo is pretty good.  If it shows anything that is in question they will follow it up with ultrasound and possible MRI depending.  But usually a mammo will show enough to know if there is something there to be concerned.  They can tell by looking at the "films" if its a cyst or something thing else.  If they are worried they will have you come in for a biopsy.  Sometimes if a womans breast are too dense and they can't get good films...thats when they will do a MRI.  

But a mammo to start with should be fine.  Good luck to you.

Just to add a bit more...,BSE (Breast Self Examination) is very important to do once a month after ending your periods.If any abnormality is felt or seen in/on the breast, then seeing a doctor would be necessary for a clinical examination.Around the age of 40 all women should have routine mammograms and the BSE should be done monthly at any age.Take care.
